Home workouts have become very popular because of the pandemic and many people invested in some basic equipment to exercise at home. Others took it even further and built fully equipped garage or basement gyms. Many are wondering if it is better to exercise at home or at a gym.
The usual problems that most people are trying to solve when joining a gym is to lose weight, build muscle and increase their general fitness and health. Because they want to look better, increase their status, wear fancier clothes, and improve their health. Basically they want to increase their confidence and feel better about themselves.
Can you achieve all of the above at home or do you have to join a gym?
The short answer is YES you can achieve all these at home. And as a result you will feel amazing.
